What: Guard Skills  Academy (see description below)
When: Six Monday/Wednesday evenings 
August 17,19, 24, 26, 31 Sept 2nd
Where: LeafSprings Academy located @ 3420 Pleasant Plains Rd, Matthews, NC 28104 *prepare to be impressed - brand new huge gym with 2 indoor courts

What to expect: Oh, there’ll be ample amount of shooting and speed training – but the emphasis here is on improving ball handling, dribbling and offensive moves. These sessions are designed to improve your confidence when the ball is in your hands!  
No scrimmaging is allowed until we feel it's safe. We do offer our Scrimmage Academy for those who are seeking that.
Session # 1 boys and girls ages 8-11 meet 7pm – 8pm
Session # 2 boys and girls ages 11-14 meet 8pm – 9pm

Cost: $149 for all 6 sessions

Directed by former college basketball players, these  high energy training sessions are designed to improve over all basketball skills and speed/quickness.

The main goal is to simply players  confidence when they step on the court. We do this by giving them a steady diet fast paced instruction and drills designed to make them better players.

 Because players are grouped according to experience - the training is appropriate for players of all skill levels.
